My name is Debbie Greenlee and I am the ELC Program Supervisor at Ridge Christian Academy.  My responsibilities include facilitating curriculum review, recommending new instructional materials for implementation at RCA, training staff in new curriculum, as well as teacher support and mentoring.  I am excited to join the exceptional staff at Ridge!

My experience includes 22 years in Christian education.  My degree is in Early Childhood Ed and I have spent most of that time joyfully teaching Pre-Kindergarten.  I was Program Supervisor at my former school for two years, developing a quality, hands-on, and highly academic Pre-K curriculum.  I am a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Snohomish County and a former Big Sister.  In 2016 I was honored to be invited to be a guest speaker at Northwest University, speaking to a prestigious group of dignitaries from the Association of Principals of Guangdong Province, China.  It was a privilege to share my teaching strategies with the Chairman of the Board, Directors, Head Principals and even the President of APG who were very eager to learn about early childhood education in America.

I am passionate about providing a secure and exciting place for children to grow and explore together.  When lessons are age-appropriate and hands-on, learning is fun!  At Ridge Christian Academy I will do everything I can to help our classroom teachers instill a love of learning in your children that will last a lifetime.
